Are we certain that we know how to best replicate those incredibly early formative years of our careers into a series of virtual relationships?
Do we really understand our environments well enough, the moment to moment seemingly inconsequential things that occur in the in-person workplace and what consequences the elimination of those experiences will be and the compounding effect over time?
Are we prepared for the unintended consequences of continuing to rationalize the virtualization of reality in the workplace?
